Sponsor information
The sponsor of this sweepstake is Thyme at Southrop LTD, with a company number 06857297, and its registered address at Southrop Manor, Southrop, Lechlade, Gloucestershire, England, GL7 3NX.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and attending the Chelsea Flower Show between 18–23 May 2026 to enter this sweepstake.
Employees, officers, directors and agents of the promoter or sponsor, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of employees cannot participate.
How to enter
Participants can enter in one of the following ways:
1. By completing the digital entry form using the iPad provided by a Corston staff member at the Corston stand at RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
2. By scanning the QR code displayed at the Corston stand and completing the digital entry form provided.
Entries must be submitted by 9.00pm on 23 May 2026. In the event of technical issues, participants can request a paper entry form from Corston staff. All completed paper forms must be returned to a staff member to be securely entered into the sweepstake system.
Only one entry per person. Any incomplete, invalid or duplicate entries won’t be counted.
Prize information
One (1) winner will receive a gift voucher for a midweek stay for two adults at Thyme. The prize includes:
1. Accommodation for one night in a Divine or Garden Room;
2. Breakfast for two;
3. A three-course evening meal with a bottle of house wine at the Ox Barn restaurant.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The promoter is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or other circumstances related to the prize that are outside of its reasonable control.
Sponsor's gift voucher terms
The gift voucher must be redeemed for a stay completed by 17 May 2027.
- Bookings are subject to availability for stays between Sunday and Thursday only.

Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to public bank holidays and other specified restricted periods.

Additional food, drinks or service beyond those included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The gift voucher is non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the entry period using a random name generator.
The process will be monitored securely, and participant data will be stored in HubSpot to ensure fairness and compliance. Should the selected winner fail to meet eligibility requirements or fail to claim the prize within 7 calendar days of notification, a new winner will be selected through the same randomised method.
Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by 30 May 2026, using the contact details provided on the entry form.
The winner must reply to the notification to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 calendar days. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility, including requesting proof of age and identity (such as a valid passport or driving license).
Data privacy
The promoter is the data controller for personal data collected through this sweepstake. Personal data collected through this sweepstake will be processed by the promoter for the purposes of administering the sweepstake and fulfilling the prize. This processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. The promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.corston.com/en-be//pages/privacy-policy.
All personal data will be stored securely using the HubSpot CRM platform.
Where a winner is selected, their personal data (including contact details) will be shared with the sponsor solely for the purposes of prize fulfilment. In respect of that data, the sponsor acts as a separate independent data controller. Participants are encouraged to review the sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.thyme.co.uk/privacy-and-cookies for details of how the sponsor will use their data.
The sharing of winner data with the sponsor for prize fulfilment purposes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from the sponsor. The sponsor will only contact participants for marketing purposes where the participant has separately and explicitly opted in by ticking the sponsor’s marketing communications checkbox on the entry form.
The entry form will include separate, optional checkboxes for participants to opt in to receiving marketing communications from the promoter and/or the sponsor. Opting in to receive marketing communications from either or both parties is entirely optional and is not a condition of entry into this sweepstake.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from the promoter by ticking the relevant checkbox on the entry form, the promoter may send you occasional marketing emails about its products, services and promotions.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from the sponsor by ticking the relevant checkbox on the entry form, your contact details will be shared with the sponsor for that purpose, and the sponsor may send you occasional marketing emails about its products, services, promotions, design ideas, and other related updates.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
General conditions
The promoter will not be held liable for technical failures, errors, delays, or cancellations that may disrupt the sweepstake, or for any loss or damage suffered by a participant in connection with their participation, except where such loss or damage arises from the promoter's negligence or fraud. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude the promoter's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstake due to unforeseeable events beyond its control, and to disqualify participants who are found to have tampered with the entry process, violated the rules of the sweepstake, or who have otherwise acted in bad faith.
Force majeure
The promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical disruptions.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute arising in connection with this sweepstake, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in accordance with the governing law clause above.
