COVID-19 & Customer Service

We have been working under Covid-19 conditions for months with regular stable service. From a customer perspective our service is completely un-changed, most orders are delivered in 48hours. Many of our staff members are working from home, designing new products or staying in touch with customers. Below are some of the policies we are working. This is an uncertain time, but we want to reassure you of a few things we're doing.Corston employees are fully set up to work from home and remain relentlessly focused on providing you with the excellent service and support you have come to expect of us. Extra Precautions

Our warehouse teams are continuing to despatch on a daily basis. At this point, our delivery partners (DPD & Fedex) are maintaining an excellent service, with contact less deliveries. There is currently no evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from post, packages or parcels. However to reassure our customers we have decided that all packing and assembly teams wear gloves at all times and wash their hands regularly. Our warehouse is disinfected daily, ensuring the upmost safety of employees and customers. In these difficult times, we thank you for your continued loyalty. Take care of yourself and each other.
