Delivery & Returns

Corston and their delivery partners are responsible for delivering the order to the address on the order.  Due to Covid-19, photographic evidence is kept to show delivery completion. We do not take responsibility for packages going missing after they have been delivered to the safe place.

We will aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after confirmation of the order.  All of our products are packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in Wiltshire.  In rare circumstances where we are out of stock of a particular item, the website will allow the order to be placed.  We will then get in touch with you to advise of the length of the delay, while we work to get the product to you as fast as we can.

Orders placed by 12:00am will be dispatched on the same day, using a next day DPD or FedEx service. You will receive an email with the tracking number link when the order is dispatched.  DPD or FedEx will email/text you with delivery options that you can specify whilst the order is on the way to you. The parcel will require a signature on delivery.  From time of order delivery will usually take 1-2 working days to get to you depending on the time of order.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or during bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

For delivery to Europe, it can take between 3-5 working days from dispatch. For delivery to other international countries, it can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch.

        • UK Delivery cost is £10 for orders £100-499
        • UK Delivery cost is £20 for orders £500+
        • European Delivery cost is £30 for orders £1-199
        • European Delivery cost is £60 for orders £200+
        • Worldwide Delivery cost is £30 for orders £1-199
        • Worldwide Delivery cost is £80 for orders £200-999
        • Worldwide orders over £1000 will be quoted at cost

            If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund. Return your item(s) within 30days of purchase. All items must be in a resalable condition. If you have any queries with your order, please call us on +44 (0)1249 549332.

            Delivery signatures are not being used during Covid-19, so it is important to choose a carrier that can provide photo evidence of packages arriving. We recommend the following carriers; Parcel Force, TNT, DPD and UPS.  We do not accept liability for packages showing as delivered without photo evidence.

            Please include in the package a note to explain the problem, and if you would like a refund or replacement.  A member of the team will be in touch when we receive the package.
