Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and attending the Chelsea Flower Show between 18–23 May 2026 to participate in this giveaway.
Employees, officers, directors and agents of the promoter, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of employees cannot participate.
How to participate
To receive a free Corston-branded tote bag, visit the Corston stand at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and complete the participation form provided by a member of the Corston team between 18–23 May 2026.
One tote bag per person. The promoter reserves the right to limit availability of tote bags at its discretion.
The giveaway item
One Corston-branded tote bag will be given to each eligible participant at the point of participation at the Corston stand. The giveaway item is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
Data privacy
The promoter is the data controller for personal data collected through this giveaway. The promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.corston.com/nl-be//pages/privacy-policy.
Participants are required to provide their name and email address to participate. This personal data will be stored securely using the HubSpot CRM platform and processed by the promoter on the basis of legitimate interests for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
The participation form will include a separate, optional checkbox for participants to opt in to receiving marketing communications from the promoter. Opting in to receive marketing communications is entirely optional and not a condition of participating in this giveaway.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications from the promoter by ticking the relevant checkbox on the participation form, the promoter may send you occasional marketing communications about its products, services, promotions, design ideas and other related updates.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
General conditions
The promoter will not be held liable for technical failures, errors, delays or cancellations that may disrupt the giveaway, or for any loss or damage suffered by a participant in connection with their participation, except where such loss or damage arises from the promoter's negligence or fraud. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude the promoter's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway due to unforeseeable events beyond its control, and to disqualify participants who are found to have tampered with the entry process, violated the rules of the sweepstake, or who have otherwise acted in bad faith.
Force majeure
The promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or technical disruptions.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute arising in connection with this giveaway, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in accordance with the governing law clause above.
