I’ve ordered around 5 times now and always been impressed with every detail, from the moment i placed an order, to the time it arrives in my hands. Thought-out recycled materials used when it comes to packaging which is a big bonus.
My only slight constructive criticism would to maybe offer a discount code or some sort of loyalty reward scheme for repeat customers. As mentioned above, I’ve ordered quite a few times and I always have to pay shipping even if I spend over £100. So maybe some thought into offering returning customers free shipping or a 5/10% off voucher next time? I totally understands you’re a small and growing company and you’re doing really well, it’s small areas like this which could grow your business even more.
