Delivery
We use either UPS or FedEx to send out USA orders from our workshop in Chicago.
If you already have your tracking number, you can start tracking your order now. Otherwise, we’ll send you an email with the information you’ll need to follow its progress.
We try to keep all our products in stock, but occasionally, something might be sold out. If it is, you’ll find the expected restock date on the product page. Meanwhile, you can still order it – there’ll just be a bit of a wait before it arrives.
Engraved items have a lead time of five to seven business days, although we always aim to be quicker. Large orders can take a little longer.
1-5 day delivery from dispatch
Orders up to $200: $15
Orders from $200 - $1,000: $30
Orders $1,000 - $2,000: $40
Orders from $2,000 - $3,000: $50

Orders up to $500: $80
Orders $500 - $2,000: $175
Orders $2,000 - $5,000: $400

All our products are DDU (delivered duties unpaid) to Canada. This means you’ll need to handle the duties and taxes yourself. Once your order has been dispatched the courier will email or call you.
