The website is powered by Shopify, one of the biggest ecommerce platforms. Payments are processed securely by either Paypal or Stripe. We do not see your card information at any point.

We send orders with DPD or FedEx in the UK on a next day service.
We are very happy to offer trade accounts to suitable businesses across the interior and construction trade, please visit our trade application page to apply for a trade account. In order to register for a trade account, we will perform a number of checks to establish the validity of your business. All products bought with a trade account must abide normal business activities. Our trade account managers review applications on a daily basis therefore, once successful we will give you a unique code to use every time you shop with us.
If you have any problems with your order, please get in touch with us and we can help to resolve it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted products. Returns must be made within 60 days of the delivery date. Please find our returns form here and attach this with your return(s).
You will receive an immediate order confirmation. Then you will receive another email when the order has been packed and dispatched. This email contains a link to track the parcel.
Orders are assembled, packed and dispatched within 2-5 working days. Antique brass and unlacquered products are hand-finished to order and take up to 10 days to ship from order confirmation.
Instructions are available online on the support page, and can be printed at home if required. We do not include paper instructions with every product to reduce packaging waste. Most products can be fitted by a proficient DIY person, but if in any doubt it is wise to get qualified support. Some electrical products must be certified after fitting.
The most popular switches and sockets are available as complete products. Unusual and bespoke combinations are also available to buy. These are sold individually on our components page which will allow you to make the exact combination for your project.
We don’t have showrooms, as we are an online business to give the best possible value. We recommend that you buy a sample product to get a sense of the quality and service You can visit us at interiors shows throughout the year when Covid subsides. If you are in London then Kent&London have a selection of our products on show.
We launched the website in September 2019. Before this we have taken 2 years working on research, design and development of the products.
We are a small team of product and digital designers that have been in the interiors business for a long time. Previously we have worked on and created hundreds of products for other well known brands.
